Latchetts Lakes

Fishery Rules

We have a few fishery rules to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time at Latchetts Lakes.

 

Our rules help protect the environment, our fish and most of all keep you safe. Please familiarise yourself with the rules and contact our onsite manager if you have any problems 07912 876732.

  1. NO dogs allowed on site, even in cars.

  2. No fires or ground bbqs.

  3. No wading into the lakes.

  4. Maximum of 3 rods per angler and current EA license to cover them.

  5. Strictly barbless hooks only.

  6. Landing nets compulsory.

  7. No leaving swim unattended if rods out.

  8. No keepnets or sacking.

  9. All fish must be only photographed at low height and returned to water ASAP.

  10. No fixed leads.

  11. No nuts of any kind.

  12. Unloading of gear by the lake is fine but the car must be moved to the car park for the entirety of stay.

  13. No driving on any of the grass around the lakes. Any one doing so will be asked to leave.

  14. There is no reserving of swims, first come first served.

  15. No bait boats, drones or radios. 

  16. No drugs on site or heavy drinking. 

  17. No transferring of fish between waters and no fish to be taken or killed. 

  18. The lakes are private property and anyone seen to be causing disturbance or offence will be asked to leave.
